Welcome to El-Shaddai Electronic Ventures Ltd, a registered Nigerian company specializing in the importation and sale of quality UK and US used phones, laptops, and genuine electronic accessories. By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, making a purchase, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

We specialize in quality UK and US used phones, laptops, tablets, and genuine electronic accessories. All eligible products are inspected and tested before they are offered for sale.

3. Payments

• Full payment must be made before any order is processed or released.
• All payments must be made only into the official bank account of El-Shaddai Electronic Ventures Ltd.
• Customers should verify payment details with us before making any transfer.
• We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals or accounts.

4. Warranty

Eligible phones and laptops are covered by a 14-day limited warranty against verified functional defects, subject to our warranty terms.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Physical damage
• Liquid damage
• Power surge
• Mishandling or misuse
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear

5. Reporting Product Faults

If a product develops a fault during the warranty period:

• Customers in Lagos must return the product within 48 hours of discovering the fault.
• Customers outside Lagos must return the product within 3 days of discovering the fault.

Products returned after the applicable period may not qualify for warranty service.

6. Return Conditions

Returned products must:

• Be in their original condition.
• Be clean and free from scratches, stains, cracks, dents, or other physical damage.
• Not show signs of misuse or unauthorized repair.
• Include all accessories supplied at the time of purchase where applicable.

7. Replacement Policy

After inspection and approval:

• If the same model is available, it will be replaced.
• If the same model is unavailable, the customer may upgrade to another available model by paying the price difference.

8. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

El-Shaddai Electronic Ventures Ltd does not offer cash refunds or payment reversals after purchase. Approved warranty claims are resolved through replacement in accordance with our warranty policy.

9. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all shipping, delivery, courier, transportation, and logistics costs associated with sending products to us and receiving replacement products.

El-Shaddai Electronic Ventures Ltd shall not be responsible for any shipping, courier, or transportation charges under any circumstances.

10. Expired Warranty

Failure to return a product within the applicable warranty period will result in the warranty being considered expired.

Any repairs or servicing requested after the warranty period may attract inspection, repair, replacement part, or service charges payable by the customer.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, El-Shaddai Electronic Ventures Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from us.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version published by El-Shaddai Electronic Ventures Ltd shall apply.
